In-Class Workshops

Writing Center staff are available to present workshops to your class! These workshops can be customized to fit the needs of your course outcomes, assignments, and students. Depending on your goals, we can create a workshop between 30-90 minutes.

To get started, email the Writing Center Director at vflora-nakoski@mcdaniel.edu to discuss your goals and schedule your workshop. Please make workshop requests at least 2 weeks prior to your preferred date to ensure that we have sufficient time to produce quality materials for you and your students.

We also have several pre-existing workshops already built that we can present to your class with a shorter turnaround!

*Faculty must be present during any Writing Center workshop since workshops are led by undergraduate peer tutors.
